2004 is for Lovers.

Too immersed in culture not enough in Christ.
My waking thoughts are news, TV, movies, books and not Christ.
My waking thoughts are work and productivity.
My waking thoughts are about me.

Brennan Manning and Rich Mullins remind us that it starts with knowing God loves us.
Nothing you can do will make God love you more; nothing you can do will make God love you less.
God’s love is real and revolutionary.

For God to make me into a selfless, loving person will take a miracle.
God still works miracles.
It would be so easy to love other people if I was living somebody else’s life right?
I mean the people in their life would be easier to love¢â‚¬¦right?
Wrong.
Live God’s love in your life you idiot.
Love the people in your life.

I was more comfortable and confident when being spiritual was about knowing the right answers.
Now I find out it is about loving God and other people every day.

Want to be a Culturally Savvy Christian?
It starts with your relationship with God.

Jesus put it this way:
